Moffett on Gay Street. Weekend guests of the Moffetts were Mr. and Mrs. DavidG. Welling of Rockville, Md. and Lt. Page Moffett of Annandale. . Miss Gail Updike and Miss Judy Eaton, of Radford College, spent the weekend with Miss Updike’s parents Mr. and Mrs. H. Taylor Updike. Mrs. Frank Parker and children of Culpeper were Saturday visitors of her parents the Updikes.
Mr. and Mrs. Keeton Barnes were in Chicago last Wednesday where Mr. Barnes received a Plaque from the Airlines Pilots Assoc, for his work as Secretary and Treasurer of that organization. MissSusan Hamilton of Washington, D.C. was a Saturday guest of the Barnes’. Monday guests were Mrs.Edda Keeton of Magnolia Spring, Ala., her daughter Mrs. Connie Baker and four children of Annandale.
Mrs. Guy Burke spent from Thursday until Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Trenton Burke and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Burke in Culpeper.
