Basketball schedule cards ~ may be found in the office. The Cheerleaders have also been practicing regularly. They are ready to back up the Panthers all the way and cheer them on s to victory! The Varsity g Cheerleaders are Cindy Cummins, Sharon Foster, I Darlene Jett, Mary Moore I Kilby, Susan Latham and I Cheryl Poling. Angie Dennis is captain and the sponsor is Mrs. Toth.
The Junior Varsity Cheerleading Squad consists of Linda Atkins, Susan Coats, Connie Del Grossa, Mae Dunn, Patsy Vest, Connie Wharton and “yours truly” captain. Miss Clark is our sponsor.
Three more seniors have heard good news from college this week. Cassie Frye was accepted at Madison College. Ann Baumgardner and Susan Latham were accepted at Mary Washington College.
Friday will be the last day to purchase the “74 Rapsody” from the annual staff. The full price is $4.50 or $5.00 for seniors who want their names printed on it.
