THE COMMISSION of Game and Inland Fisheries again cautions hunters that a new law is in effect restricting the use of automobile lights, spotlights and other lights after 10 p.m. between October land March 31 of each year.
The new law which generally prohibits the use of such lights off the roadway reads as follows:
“Any person in any motor vehicle who, between ten o’clock P.M. on any day and a half hour before sunrise the following day, between October One and March Thirty-one, deliberately employs a light attached to such vehicle or a spotlight or flashlight to cast a light beyond the surface of the roadway upon any place used by deer or elk, except upon his own
