RAPPAHANNOCK County Supervisors agreed last Thursday to consider a request by Health Director R.S. LeGarde to review their procedures for issuing building permits.
Currently, an applicant first obtains a health permit through LeGarde’s office, then applies to the county zoning administrator to see if his plans conform to the county’s land use plan.
