RAPPAHANNOCK County’s four-year fight to remove an illegally located trailer is apparantly at a standstill.
In 1968, Archie and Annie Clatterbuck located a trailer in an agricultural zone without obtaining a use permit. General Noce, county zoning administrator at that time, informed them that the new zoninjg ordinance was already in effect when they moved the trailer to their property in Hampton District.
