Mrs. L. J. Turner returned to her home Monday after spending last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Dewhirst in Richmond while they were on business in Boston, Mass. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Johnson and son Eric of Luray with Mrs. CharlesK. Estes Kim, Ken, and Martha Susan of Sperryville were Saturday dinner guests of Mrs. B. M. Miller. Mrs. Walter Futrell of Falls Church was a guest from Monday until Wednesday last week of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher, Mrs. Fletcher accompanied them to Arlington where she was the over night Visitor of Mr. and Mrs. William Swift, returning to her home with them Thursday.

Mrs. T. C. Lea returned home Sunday after visiting Mr. and Mrs. John Cargill and family in Bedford and Mr. and Mrs. T. L. Williams in Amherst.

Mrs. W. H. Massie Jr. was an overnight visitor Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Eastham near Amissville.

Lt. (j.g.) and Mrs. Craig Welling of Charleston, S. C. arrived Saturday to spend a week with her parents Judge and Mrs. William F. Moffett. They will also visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. David G. Welling and son Blake in Rockville, Md. Lt. and Mrs. Welling have just returned from a three week trip spent in Scotland, England, France and Germany. Additional guests expected this weekend will be Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett III and daughter Holly, Miss Mary Jo Billings and Dennis Heaster, all of Richmond.

Lt. Page Moffett and Lt. (j.g ) Dave Peterson of Annandale left Thursday by plane for a week’s camping in Colorado and sight-seeing at Colorado Springs.

Mrs. Reverdy H. Jones m and son Hamlin of Fairmont, W. Va. are spending two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis Jr. and Drucilla. Mrs. Jones and son spent several days last week with her brother and sister-in-law Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis III in Bowling Green while Mr. Jones was on reserve duty
