The Trustees in Liquidation of Appalachian Fruit Growers Cooperative Association will offer for sale at public auction on Saturday, July 6,1974, beginning at 10:00 o’clock A.M., the following:
APPLE PACKING EQUIPMENT: Northwest Water Sizer; Northwest Water Dumper; Northwest Washer - Waxer - Drier; Northwest Grading Table; F. M. C. Bin Filler; 250 Wooden Pallats; 2d Line' Return Flow Belts and Assorting Table.
OFFICE EQUIPMENT: Desks; Chairs; Copier; Calculator; Typewriter; also 5 hp Air Compressor; and many other items too numerous to mention.
This sale will be held on the premises of the Appalachian Fruit Growers Cooperative Association at Route 1, Raphine, Virginia, and will be conducted subject to the following conditions:
(1) All bids subject to Trustees right of approval and rejection in whole or in part.
(2) All equipment sold first separately, and then as a lot.
(3) Equipment sold, must be removed from the premises on or before July 31, 1974, at the expense of the purchaser.
(4) Terms: Cash date of sale.
(5) All equipment sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”
(6) Offering of all equipment subject to prior private sale.
