ON NOVEMBER 20 at 3:45 p.m. four miles north of Amissville on Route 645, a 1972 Chevrolet operated by William Carl Weaver, Jr. of Amissville and a 1966 Chevrolet schoolbus operated by Mrs. Mildred Stringfellow also of Amissville collided.
The bus driver attempted to back into a lane to turn around and did not see the Weaver car stopped behind her. Damage to Weaver’s car was $140; there was no damage to the bus.
