The inadvertant omission of two species from the list of animals which may legally be trapped, on the Game Law Summary for the 1974-75 season has been noted. Not listed were" mink and muskrat.
These two animals should have been listed in paragraph number three in the section entitled “Trapping.” As printed, the paragraph begins with “Raccoon and opossum...”. It was intended that the paragraph should have read as follows: Raccoon, opossum, mink and muskrat...”
The general season on these two species is December 2, 1974 through February 28, 1975, except that in most Eastern Virginia counties trappers are limited to Dec
