SAID COURT:
The object of the above styled suit is to acquire by condemnation for highway pur • poses fee simple title to a certain strip or parcel of land in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, from the foregoing named defendants, said land being described in detail in the petition filed by the State Highway Commissioner in the above entitled cause; to apply for the appointment of commissioners by the Court on the 26th day of November, 1974, to ascertain what will be a just compensation for the land taken and damages, if any, which may accrue to the residue beyond the enhancement in value, if any, to such residue by reason of the taking; and
It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that there are persons whose names are unknown or persons born or yet to be born who have or may have interests and rights in the subject matter of this cause, and that there are persons who are not residents of the State of Virginia in this cause;
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED that publication be had against the aforementioned non-residents and unknown parties, who are required to appear within
