SANTA CLAUS will visit Rappahannock County Library in Washington between 3:30 and 5 p.m. Friday afternoon, December 20. “You don’t have to go out of the county to meet this jolly old friend, for he wants to see and talk with each Rappahannock boy or girl,” said a library spokesman.
Santa’s bringing cider and cookies and a little gift for each one. The Library, decorated with wreaths and a Christmas tree, will be ringing with music. There will be an original little Christmas story never heard before, read by its author, Machaelle Small Wright.
