Mrs. Barbara Gentry has retired as postmaster of Flint Hill post office after holding that position for 21 years. She was honored Sunday evening during the Flint Hill Auxiliary-Firemens Christmas party with a corsage which was presented her on behalf of the community by Henry Downing of Front Royal, also a former postal official. Mrs. Mabel Lillard, who is presently acting postmaster at Flint Hill, presented Mrs. Gentry with a decorated retirement cake which she shared with all present.
