Mr. and Mrs. Janies P. Dellinger of Castleton celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on December 8 at the Lord Culpeper Inn. Approximately 150 friends and relatives were present to extend best wishes. Mr. and Mrs. Dellinger were married in Chesnee, S. C. December 6, 1924 by DeWitt Ezell. They have four children, Clyde (Jack) and James H. Dellinger of Alexandria, Jehane Dellinger Keys of Rixeyville and Betty Jean Dellinger Settle of Reva; and 13 grandchildren.
The wedding cake for the reception was designed and decorated by theirdauther-in-law, Mrs. Evelyn Dellinger, and was served by Mrs. Murel Thornburg of Alexandria. Presiding at the punch bowls were Mrs. Rosalie Alther and Mrs. Charlene Romine. Music was provided by the Rev. Milton Switzer of Pennsylvania, Mrs. Ann Cannon Powell of Lancaster, N. H.
