REQUEST FOR REZONING OR AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE BY ELMER T. JENKINS.
At a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, held on Dec. 5, 1974 the following request for rezoning has been proposed for passage by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County at its next regular January 2, 1975 meeting. This meeting is to be held jointly with the Planning Commission.
Rezone from Agriculture to business the following described parcel of land: Lots 89 and 90, Section 32 of the Zoning Maps of Rappahannock County consisting of .49 and .6087 acres respectively, located in Jackson Magisterial District on Highway number 211, Amissville, Virginia.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Courthouse Building, Washington, Virginia on January 2, 1974 at 9:00 A.M.
