To The Voters of Rappahannock:
I would like to dispel the campaign rumors being circulated. 1 have no intention, if elected to the office of Sheriff, of serving only a year and turning the office over to someone else; nor do I intend to move away from Rappahannock County. If elected Sheriff, I will not receive my state retirement as long as I hold that office. My retirement will be “frozen” until which time I no longer hold a position where any portion of the salary is paid by the state.
