Mr. and Mrs. Emory Conners spent Thursday in Fishersville. Their Monday afternoon callers were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Cline of Fredericksburg.

Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson were Monday visitors of William Johnson, a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital.

Dinner guests Saturday evening of Mr. Henry Wood and Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood Jr. were Mr. and Mrs. George Baines of Arlington.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Ice of Eldon, W. Va. were afternoon callers Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Wayland. Mrs. Wayland was an over night guest Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs. John Creel in Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. John Norman of Culpeper were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Burke and Dicky. Mrs. Paul Wiley, Travis and Frankie of Amissville called on the Burkes Friday evening.

Roscoe Burke of Front Royal visited Mr. and Mrs. Walter Burke and W. R. Burke Monday.

Wednesday Clifton Clark accompanied by S. E. Jameson and M. L. Jameson of Culpeper attended the Funeral of Elbert Snyder in Beriyville.

Attending the Sue Slaughter Baptist meeting Thursday at Reynolds Baptist Church, Sperryville were Mrs. Henry Wood, the Rev. and Mrs. B. G. Titchenell, Mrs. James Falls, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson, and Mrs. Clifton Clark.

Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Watson were dinner guests last Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Kozik and the Kozik family spent from Thursday until Sautrday with the Watsons prior to moving to Raleigh, N. C. Mr. and Mrs. John Watson of Uniondale, N. Y. arrived Saturday to spend two weeks with the Watsons and Mr. and Mrs. S. R. LeTourneur of Bricktown, N. J. were weekend guests of the Watson family.

Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Butler entertained with a party in honor of her mother, Mrs. Mae Corbin. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Joe Beard of Alexandria, Mrs. Pearl Hawkins, Sperryville, Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Howard, Mr. and Mrs. Rick Kohne, Steve Hawkins, Julie Hawkins, Kaye Foster of Fairfax, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Howard, Angie and Michael of Centreville, Mrs. Benny Pullen, Mr. andMrs. Robert Pullen, Marjorie Menefee of Flint Hill, Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Vest, Patsy and Todd and Bobby Foster.
