Dr. Carroll Quaintance and T. Morgan Johnston, left and right respectively, welcomed Nathan Miller, Republican candidate for the State Senate from the 26th Senatorial District when he made an appearance Saturday in Rappahannock. He was accompanied by Andy Guest, Delegate from the 17th Legislative District. The local Republican Committee served refreshments to those who came to visit with Mr. Miller.
