Strother
A funeral service for Mrs. Etta L. Strother, 71, of Detroit, Mich, was conducted Saturday, November 8, 1975 in the Nazareth Baptist Church in Boston with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. R. L. Banks officiated.
Mrs. Strother was a native of Rappahannock, the daughter of the late James and Mollie Grigsby Jackson.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mary E. Gilbert of Chambersburg, Pa., and Mrs. Lucy H. Foard of Detroit; two sons, Thomas Strother Jr. of Chapel Hill, Md. and Robert J. Strother of Washington, D. C.; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. □
