Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Paulsen of Newport News were overnight guests Thursday and Sunday of her mother, Mrs. W. C. Campbell. They spent the weekend in Washington, D. C. with Mr. and Mrs. William Paulsen of Denver, Colo.

Moffett spent Saturday as the guest of her parents, the Rev. and Mrs. C. E. Buxton and son Edward in Springfield. Mrs. B. M. Miller accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Estes of Sperryville spent the weekend in North Wilkesboro, N. C. with Mrs. H. B. Dodson and Mrs. W. C. Bentley. Mrs. R. H. Powell of Franklin arrived Tuesday for a weeks’ visit with Mrs. L. J.
