Tammy Fritts, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reid Payne of Washington, has been named DAR Good Citizen by her fellow students and faculty. She was recognized in this capacity for her outstanding leadership, responsibility and patriotism. She will receive a pin from the Culpeper Minuteman Chapter of the DAR and will be feted with a tea and be eligible for state compition.
