Golden
•:Mrs. Alma Ardelle Golden of Front Royal died December 13, 1975 in Shawnee Springs Nursing Home, Winchester. She was 90 years old, the widow of Giles Mellon Golden. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Grimsley and Mary Howard Grimsley, and a native of Rappahannock. She was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Stanley Golden of Front Royal; six daughters, Mrs. Charles E. Burke, Mrs. Frank Edmonds, Mrs. Paul Jones, all of Front Royal, Mrs. William Gassert of Fairfax, Mrs. George Hawkins, Sperryville and Mrs. D.M. Sullivan of Martinsburg, W. Va.; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Tuesday at the Maddox Funeral Home Chapel conducted by the Rev. John P. Oliver Jr. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery. □
