Luke suggested that the committee members visit all county offices to ascertain exactly the space needs of each. When difficulties were encountered in scheduling a date agreeable to all ten committee members, Chairman Eastham suggested that a questionnaire be sent to the offices instead.
Baumgardner agreed. “The information would be there on record if a new building is decided upon,” he said. “These people are public officials and what they want should be on record,” commented Masterson.
