Mrs. Bennie Atkins and family entertained with a birthday dinner Sunday honoring her ten-yearold daughter, Donna. Others present were Mrs. Roger Atkins, Christy and Jacque of Roanoke; Roxy Wines and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Heflin.
Visitors of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Williams the past weekend were Mrs. Kathleen Williams and Janie and Mrs. Geneva Spiker of Front Royal. Mrs. Ethel Haslam of Wheeling, W. Va. was a Sunday overnight guest.
Mrs. Walter H. Williams, Jr. accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Williams Wednesday to return Eugene Pearson to the Veterans Hospital in Perry Point, Md. following a week’s visit. Other recent visitors in the Walter Williams’ home were Fred and John Pearson, Mrs. Lucy Graham, and Thurman Wines, all of Front Royal.
Mrs. Bobbie Williams, Mrs. William Ubben and their sister, Mrs. Ronald Wines of Front Royal, were in Winchester Thursday. Mrs. Williams’ son, Michael, has returned to school after a long absence because of illness.
