A GOOD FRIDAY service will be held at Forest Grove Baptist Church April 16 at 7:30 p.m. This is a community service with the Rev. J. S. Stirman, pastor of Amissville Baptist Church speaking. The Amissville United Methodist Church Choir will provide special music.
A Sunrise Easter service is scheduled for 5:15 a.m. on Red Oak Mountain near Woodville. This is a joint service of Woodville and Forest Grove Baptist churches and the Rev. A.C. Walker will be the speaker. The public is invited to attend. If the weather does not permit an outdoor service, the meeting will be moved to the Woodville Baptist Church.
Following the. service an Easter breakfast will be held at the old Forest Grove School building from 7 until 9 a.m. A good will offering will be taken. This is also open to the public.
