William Peter Beardsley of Sumner, Md. sustained an injured shoulder and lacerations of the head in this single-vehicle crash which occurred Tuesday on Route 612 north of Sperryville. He was driving the 1963 Volkswagen station wagon and Martha Ellis of Bethesda was a passenger. She received abrasions of the arm. The crash was investigated by Trooper C. A. More.
