Pursuant to a Decree of Sale entered on January 21, 1976, in the above mentioned cause, the undersigned Special Commissioners will offer for sale, at public auction, to the highest bidder at the front door of the Court House in Rappahannock County, Virginia on SATURDAY, APRIL 24, 1976 11:00 O’CLOCK A.M. the following described real estate, to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with improvements thereon, situated on the northerly side of State Route 612 about three miles northwest of Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 30 1/2 acres, more or less. Being part of and the rest and remainder of the same and identical property conveyed to Elizabeth A. Bowen by deed from Oakley A. Bowen, dated March 25, 1957, of record March 26, 1957, in Deed Book 66, page 440 in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. TERMS OF SALE — 10% deposit date of sale, balance upon settlement to be made within fifteen days following sale. This sale shall be subject to the approval and confirmation of the Court.
