1. Electing for a term of two years the Chairman of the County Committee of the Republican Party of Rappahannock Coimty2.
Electing three (3) Delegates and three (3) Alternates to the Seventh District Convention of the Republican Party of Virginia to be held on Saturday, May 22, 1976 at 11:00 AM, local time at Stafford County High School, for the purpose of (a) electing a District Chairman, (b) nominating a candidate for the U. S. House of Representatives from the Seventh Congressional District of Virginia, and (c) such other business as may properly come before the Convention.
3. Electing two (2) Delegates and two (2) Alternates to the State Convention of the Republican Party of Virginia to be held at the Scope Convention Center, Norfolk, Virginia, starting at 2:00 P.M., local time on Friday, June 4, 1976, for the purpose of electing twenty-one (21) delegates-at-Large and twenty-one (21) Alternate Delegates-at-Large to the Republican National Convention to be held at the Kemper Sports Arena, Kansas City, Missouri, or its alternate site, on August 16, 1976; (b) electing two (2) Electors-at- Large to be voted for in the Presidential election on November 2, 1976; (c) electing a State Chairman; (d) nominating a candidate for the United States Senate; nominating a National Committeeman and a National Committee-woman; (e) (considering a platform expressing the principles of the rank and file Republicans of Virginia directed towards the good of our State and Nation); and (f) for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention.
4. Transacting such other business as may properly come before the Mass Meeting.
All legal and qualified voters of Rappahannock County, Virginia, regardless of age, race, religion, color, national origin or sex, under the Laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, who are in accord with the principles of the Republican Party, may participate as members of the Rappahannock County Republican Committee in this Mass Meeting.
