“There is a tremendous variance in expertise in land use law between the various members and jurisdictions of the planning district,” he said, “and since land use law is one of my strongest areas, 1 have in mind writing a summary guide to land use law, something that might take three hours to read and give the reader a grasp of the basic, important issues.”
