Place all ingredients except cheese in a covered baking dish and set in a 375 degree oven to bake. After about 45 minutes remove from oven and mix thoroughly; then return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. Serves six.
