The honor graduates of the 1976 senior class of Rappahannock County High School have been announced. Included in the first through fourth class standings in that order are Patricia Clark Dodson, Raye Marion Rector, Shelia Fritts and Cindy Cumins.
Graduating as Valedictorian of her senior class with a grade point average of 3.952 is Patricia Clark Dodson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Clark of Washington. Besides having an outstanding academic record, she has been active in many extracurricular activities at R.C.H.S. which include working on the annual staff all four years of high school and serving as business manager the past two years.
Pat has been an S.C.A. representative in the 9th and 11th grades and has been a member of the Honor Society for the last two years. Presently she serves as S.C.A. president, vice president of the National Honor Society and secretary bf the senior class.
In the area of academic achievement she has received awards in French and Biology for academic excellence. In a poll taken by the annual staff earlier this semester, Pat was voted “most intelligent” by her senior class.
Pat has no definite plans for the future other than spending some extra time with her husband C. E. Dodson and daughter Jenifer, age 3.
