job in placing third out of 9 schools in the district. Janell Purdham was outstanding and was second highest scorer of the meet. First and second placings were Eleanor Philips and Jeannette Beebe in discus; Janell Purdham, second in long jump, first in both the 100 and 440; Janice Ay lor set a new school record in the 880 as did Janell in the 440. Dawn Keithly set a new school record in the mile, placing second.
Our 440 relay team and 880 relay team also set new school records. Six girls will be participating in Richmond for the regional meet, those mentioned above and Connie DelGrosso. Best of luck, girls!
