Sue Titcbeneil, a 1976 graduate of Rappahannock County High School, whose scholastic standing was among the top in her class, was awarded $100 by the -Amissville Ruritan Club to assist her in furthering her education. The presentation was made during the regular meeting last Wednesday of the club. Miss Titcbeneil, the daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. B.G. Titcbeneil of Woodville, has entered Mary Washington College, Fredericksburg.
