10 mile race
Thomas M. Exton of Amissville participated in the Virginia 10Miler held September 18 in Lynchburg. This is the third year this 10 mile race has been sponsored bj First Colony Life Insurance Company and presented by the Lynchburg Roadrunners in cooperation with the city of Lynchburg.
Exton placed 174th in the division in which a field of 782 started. He is the son of Lt. Gen. and Mrs. Hugh Exton.
