Thursday for the funeral of Harry Singleton were Rudolph Singleton, Jr. of Fayettesville, N.C. Mr. and Mrs. Gleen Stephen of Alexandria, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Head and Mrs. Tom Marshall of Charlottesville, Mrs. Lucille Eheart and Miss Madeline Eheart of Arlington, Mr. and Mrs. Eldren Crews, Mrs. Lee Power and Mrs. James F. Smith of Culpeper and Willie Singleton of Rixeyville.

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brown were luncheon guests Friday of Robert Bruce in Front Royal.

Mr. and Mrs. David Cordle of Williamsburg spent the weekend with their respective families, Mrs. W. H. Cordle and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sisk and sons, Chucky and Jay.

Kim Burke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Burke of Front Royal was a weekend guest of Kristi Clarke.

Mrs. B. M. Varner was a luncheon guest Friday of Mrs. Nina B. Brown and her houseguest, Miss Ebba Hitt of Falls Church.

Mrs. Frances Thornton spent the weekend in Richmond with Mrs. Francis Churchill Jones and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Thornton IH and son Philip.
