These watermelons came up volunteer in the yard at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Fletcher near Washington, have grown and matured and seem just right for picking and eating, though late in the season. Jarvis Fletcher, front, and Glenn Fletcher were eager to show the melons and will he equally eager to cut and eat them.
