PUBLIC SUPPER
There will be a turkey supper on Saturday, October 16, at the Flint Hill fire hall from 5 to 7 p.m. sponsored by the Flint Hill United Methodist Church.
BRIDGE PARTY HELD
Mrs. E. A. McNear was hostess to the Sperryville Bridge Club Friday evening at her home. Guests included Mrs. T. J. Pillar, Mrs. I. O. Wolf, Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr., Mrs. R. E. Thompsen, Mrs. W. H. Cordle, Mrs. Mary Quaintance and Mrs. Roy L. Reeve. Prize winners were Mrs. Wood, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Cordle, Mrs. Quaintance and Mrs. Reeve.
