Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Rediviva Company, Incorporated, to James W. Fletcher and Mildred Fletcher Slater, Trustees, said deed of trust being dated September 30, 1974 and recorded November 1, 1974, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 113, at page 530, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in said Deed of Trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holder of the note to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, James W.
