He is survived by a brother, Otho B. Grimsley of Culpeper; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Nicely of Silver Spring, Md., and Mrs. Pearl M. Sawyer of Norwich, Conn.; and several nieces and nephews.

Louella Woodward Leake, 79, of Orange died December 1, 1976 in Culpeper Memorial Hospital. A native of Rappahannock County, who had lived both in Culpeper and Orange for a number of years, Mrs. Leake was the daughter of the late James Matthew andMollie Dodson Woodward and a housewife and widow of Raymond Gorrell Leake. She was a member of Cedar Grove Methodist Church.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. James Campbell and Mrs. Gid Jenkins, both of Culpeper; Mrs. Oakley Leake and Mrs. Bennett Moubray, both of Orange and Mrs. James Butler of Woodbridge; four sons, Reynolds and Gorrell Leake, both of Culpeper; Eugene Leake of Church Road and John H. Leake of Richmond; 23 grandchildren and 16 great-grand
