includes the three tag-ons, if the addition was satisfactory to all the landowners involved. Phil Irwin, who had applied for one of the tagons, said that he had no objection. The commissioners voted unanimously for Miller’s motion.

In other business, Miller told the Commission that the town council had no objection to the corrections to the draft of the Washington subdivision ordinance proposed by the Commission at the July 15th meeting. There were no speakers present to comment on the ordinance. The commission recommended the ordinance to the town council and Miller said that the council would hold a public hearing at the next meeting, September 9.

Krebser made a motion that the new Zoning Administrator attend the next Planning Commission meeting; Miller seconded, and the motion was passed.

Present at the meeting were Miller, Krebser, A. Y. Stokes and David Thornhill.
