Other visitors at church includ ed Miss Wyland Smith, of Rich mond. Mrs. Herbert Goodman and ■ Herbert Hindle Goodman, of Grove Church. Rev. Mr. Mason was dinner ' guest of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Wal ton on Sunday. Other visitors in . the home were Mr. and Mrs. Sam i Bigger, Robert Blanton, and Mr. and Mrs. Leland Walton. Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Cole Jr., and children were in Ricnmond Sat urday. Miss Bessie Vaughn, of Chase City, is spending sometime with her sister, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Bagby. Miss Vaughn has just re turned from a visit in Florida. Mrs. L. B. Garrett is spending a week with her son and daug’n i ter-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. David Garrett, in Bowling Green. Iven Cole is visiting his grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Cole. World Day of Prayer will be ob served Friday night. Feb. 20. at 8 o’clock. The WSCS of Oak wood Methodist Church is in charge of the program. The public is in- t vited.
