The golden annivuoaiy of the extension program is being ob se»ved this month. Burkeville is proud to be included in the United States Department of Ag riculture's records, which state that Miss Agnew. formerly of Nottoway county, now of Rich mond. was the first county home demonstration agcot in the United States.
