Large Fair Attendance
Anticipated for Saturday
With 1000 exhibits expected (the weatherman had better do his' parti), the Rappahannock County Fair will blow up a big day for Saturday, September 30, at Rappahannock High School, Washington.
Exhibits must ill be in by 10^ o’clock in the morning and judging will follow. As soon as the judges have pinned the ribbons on the winners, the exhibits will be open for the public to see. * Entertainment is varied for the day. The Blue Valley Boys will give a hill-billy show at 3 o’clock in the auditorium. Admission will be 50 cents for adults and 25 cents for children under 12.
Contests of all kinds—greasy pig, potato races, rooster races, and many others—will be in pro- ' gress during the day. Educational movies will be shown during £he esomlirg. : There will be no conflict between the movies and programs in the auditorium and the exhibits in the rooms, for the front rooms will be used for exhibits and will not interfere with the movie showing.
