BIRTHDAY PARTY
Mrs. Edward Clark entertained Sunday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Frazier, in honor of the birthdays of her husband, Edward Clark, their daughter, Ruth Ann, and Mr. Clark’s sister, Mrs. Helen Menefee. White Post, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Slack and son, Dean, of Boyce, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Jenkins, Mrs. Ray Slack and two children, Doris Ann and Carol, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Settle and three childen, Betty Jean, Buddy, and Jimmie, Mrs. Gertie Fincham and Ronnie, Tommie, and Esther May, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Atkins and four children, Jimmie, Jackie, Jean, and Billy, Mrs. Helen Memefee . and four children, - William, Bobby, Dorothy, and Johnnie, and Mrs. Bennie Pullen and son, Wayne.
Rufus Lillard
Funeral services were held at Heb.on Lutheran church, Madison, Monday morning at 11 o’clock for Rufus Lillard who died Saturday morning. Interment was in Hebron cemetery.
Mr. Hall had attended the Hall auction sale in Madison Saturday morning. He left the sale and, while walking down the street, was striken with a fatal heart attack.
Mr. Lillard was a brother of - the late Mrs. E. M. Schwartz of Sperrjrville. He is survived by a brother, J. fieber Uildrd, or Madison. ,. , "
