Mrs. Jack Yowell, Miss Evelyn Hackiey, Miss Beela Haekley and Mrs. Conrad Hackiey were recent guests of Mrs. Charlie Compton.

Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Giles and son “Skippy," Mrs. Lenora Kendall and Miss Elizabeth Racer spent Sunday in Washington. . - Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell left Sunday to visit their daughter and son-in-law Mr. and Mrs. John Paulson in Hampton. Little John'Paulson who has been visiting his grandparents for the past two weeks returned home with them.

Mr. and Mrs. B. N. Eubank of ‘Roanoke, are visiting Mrs. J. Frank Jones at her home "Delamore” for several days.

Mr. and Mrs. Milton M. Hawkins Jr., and son Ronny spent Saturday in Washington, D.C.

Mr. and Mrs. William Warwick were guests of Capt. and Mrs. Henry Warwick on their way to the ' G. W.-U. Va. game in Charlottesville Saturday.

C. G. Reid was the guest Sunday of hie parents Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Reid at their home “Rose Cottage.”
