Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller have as their guests at “Maple Spring” Mrs. Miller's.. sisters, Mrs. John H. Dillard of Center Cross; Mrs. Charles Broadus of Bowling Green, and Mrs. T. E. Rawls of Richmond. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Miller had as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Charles Newbill Broadus and children of Charlottesville.

Captain and Mrs. Henry Warwick entertained at bridge Wednesday evening, having as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Rayner V. Snead, Dr. and Mrs. John Snead, Mrs. Maude Gore, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Keyser, Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Menefee, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Edmonds, and Mr. and Mrs. John R. DeBergh. Mrs. Maude Gore won first prize, Dr. John Snead second and Earl Edmonds won the bingo.
