Pursuant to an agreement dated August 1, 1951, made by and between the owners of the hereinafter described real estate and filed in Chancery Cause Number 2128 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Coiirt °f "Rappahannock County, Virginia, in which Flora K. Sothoron is complainant and Beulah K. Stember and others are defendants, the undersigned will sell at public auction to the highest bidders the. real estate in the Gid Brown Hollow of Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, of which Lula W. Keyser died seized and possessed containing 478 acres, according to the plat and survey made by J. I. Coveil,. Surveyor, in October, 1951, and more fully and completely described in the bill of complaint filed in said chancery cause, a refereiice to which is hereby made.
