RESCUED PUP, BEWILDERED
You’d bo Bewildered, too, if you had fallen in the well!
Bodes Brown has three bird dog pups named Bothered, Bewitched, and Bewildered. Bewildered fell in the well, and quite properly, Mr. Brown rescued him.
The complaints from Mr. Brown are registered on the following scores: the puppy took 1 o’clock on a cold night as the hour to fall in the well; Mrs. Brown made Mr. Brown go to the rescue; and the well was an old one, located in the cellar of the house. Mr. Brown’s rescuing operations neces- • sitated a hath. Some members of the family have been lead to believe (following Mr. Brown’s colorful comments at the time) that he does not enjoy midnight trips into old wells.
Bewildered should be warned that tiie next time he gets into the well he may have to stay.
