Two representatives from Lederle laboratories were present to give information on the latest vaccine distributed by their company. This vaccine has proved to be effective for three years. A standard dose is 3 c.c., no matter what size the animal, and its cost is 54 cents per animal. There is no reduction in cost by buying large quantities; it is still 54 cents for one dose or a thousand.
Clinics are to fee set up throughout the county and the county will bear the expense of veterinarian's fee for these clinics.
Came Warden C. Ennis Brown and County Agent W. H. Lyne were appointed to arrange the clinics.
With each inoculation a metal tag and certificate will be furnished the owner of the dog.
