Mrs. W. P. Moffett and son, W. F. Moffett, spent Monday in Richmond with Mrs. Moffett's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Lucas. Mrs. Lucas had just returned from a week’s visit in New York with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Desha Lucas, and their infant daughter, Robin.

Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown, Jr. and Rev. and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson entertained at dinner Sunday in Mrs. Brown’s apartment 'in Sperryville. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Thornton, Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown, Mr. and Mrs. P. Lee Thornton, and Lee Thornton HI.

Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller motored to Charlottesville Friday for their daughter, Miss Louise Miller.

Miss Thelma Hawkins Visited Miss Betty Orange on Friday afternoon.
