ATI those certain tracts or parcels of at Css* tleton, Rappahannock County, Virginia, situated, lying and being in Rappahannock County, Virginia, adjoining the lands formerly owned by Anton Deal and others and described as follows:
'First: All that certain tract or parcel of land standing in the name of John Strother, deceased, situated in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 32 acres, more or less and being the same land conveyed to John Strother by Lizzie Strother and others, heirs at law of William Strother by deed dated August 20th, 1913 and of record in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 27, at page 37, and also the same land conveyed to William Strother by James G. Romaine by deed duly of record in the said Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book B,. at Page 308, to which deeds reference is hereby had for a more accurate description of said land.
Second: All that certain other tract or parcel of land aggregating 21 acres, more or less, adjoining the tract of land described as Tract #1 above, and being the same land conveyed to Kitty Strother by O. R. Quaintance and wife, by deed dated March 20th, 1919, and of record in said Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 29, at page 204, and being also the same lahd conveyed to O. R. Quaintance by Thomas Haywood, Clerk, by deed recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book U, at page 279-280, and also to survey recorded in said Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in said Deed Book at page 278 and 279 for a more complete and accurate description of the said tract of land.
